1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the DMARJET platform, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DMARJET.

2. Service Description

DMARJET provides online grocery delivery service in the İskele (Trikomo) region of North Cyprus. Through our platform, you can order food, beverages and household items and have them delivered to your address.

3. User Eligibility

To use our service, you must meet certain requirements:

6. Warranty and Return Policy

7. User Responsibilities

10. Limitation of Liability

DMARJET's liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not responsible for service interruptions or errors
  • We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited to the order amount
  • No liability is accepted in force majeure situations
  • We are not responsible for problems arising from user errors

Liabilities that cannot be legally limited are not subject to this clause.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, the following process applies:

  • Customer service must be contacted first
  • Complaints are evaluated within 48 hours
  • Mediation is recommended for unresolved situations
  • Legal processes are subject to North Cyprus laws
  • Competent courts are the courts of İskele region
